Terms & Conditions

1.  Prices are estimates and are approximately 95% accurate, based on real solar and battery installations and quoting experience.
2.  Final pricing is subject to a site visit, review of 12 months’ electricity bills, and any special technical requirements before formal quotation.
3.  All equipment is supplied from Tier 1 global manufacturers with South African distribution and full factory-backed warranties. Inverters and batteries include a       10-year swap-out warranty.
4.  Solar panels include a 12-year product warranty. Inverters and batteries include 10-year warranties.
5.  Power JunXion includes 12 months of remote system monitoring and optimisation.
6.  A 12-month workmanship warranty on installation is included.
7.  An electrical Certificate of Compliance (CoC) addendum is included.

Excluded from the Price

1.  VAT is excluded.
2.  Travel and subsistence costs are excluded where applicable.
3.  Finance costs are excluded.
4.  Ongoing maintenance, service call-outs, and equipment replacement outside warranty are excluded.

Tax Benefit and ROI Information

Prices exclude the SARS Section 12B renewable energy tax incentive. Businesses may claim up to 27% of the full system cost as a tax deduction in Year 1, effectively reducing the capital cost by approximately 27%.

ROI and payback estimates shown exclude the Section 12B tax benefit. When applied, actual payback periods and investment returns improve further.
